M4C offers myriad training courses that have helped improve my public speaking, creativity in writing and career-focused networks. The public speaking workshops, in particular, certainly helped me to succeed in winning my own institution’s ‘3 minute thesis’ competition. The training has been great for developing skills as well as providing a great social setting to meet fellow PhD students.
